Jori Showalter

Jori is a lifelong educator and coach who is passionate about fostering leadership and personal growth in others. Her journey with Landus began in2023, when she joined the learning and development team as a training manager. Prior to her work at Landus, Jori was a public-school educator and instructional coach, where she mentored and developed teachers. Throughout her career, Jori has been committed to creating environments where individuals can thrive, lead with confidence, and positively impact those around them.
