Bruce joined Landus in November 2022, bringing deep leadership experience across cooperative, retail, and wholesale agricultural organizations. Prior to Landus, he served as CEO of Effingham Equity Cooperative, the largest independent agricultural cooperative in Illinois, where he and his team led the organization to record sales and income. Bruce offers broad expertise across publicly traded, privately held, and local and regional cooperative structures, along with domestic and international experience with organizations including Koch Industries, Viterra, and Land O’Lakes.
